Did you know that nearly one in four active duty military members have shown signs of a mental health condition? The South Carolina Coalition of Military Mental Health Awareness is a statewide organization created to educate about the benefits of treatment and normalize the conversation about mental health and emotional well being within the military community. It is a central resource for veterans and active duty service members to learn about existing resources around the state. Our resources consist of therapeutic yoga, competing in 5Ks, sailing the ocean, and much more.
